    What’s in the Tap Room?

We’re going to post ‘What’s Available?’ here each week so you can see what tasty brews we have for you! Pretty much everything will be available in 22 oz bottles and for growler/squealer fills. Anything limited will be noted as such.

We received a small business grant!

Last week we had the opportunity to work with the UMass Lowell office for Toxics Reduction and Radical Waters from South Africa to test an alternate process for cleaning and sanitizing our brewing equipment. This process has been used for some time at places like SABMiller in the bottling part of the process, but never in the brew kettles or fermenters.
The process worked with only a few minor adjustments! Now we wait for the final analysis and report to see what’s next.

It really is great to be able to work on something that will help the environment and also be a big improvement for employee safety. Also very cool to get all sciency, testing hypotheses and all that. Cheers!

    We are open!!!

We received our final permits and certificates from the city folks today! After a lot of work to build the brewery we can now get this thing humming. Look for updates as we get our beers into local shops. We’ll be posting additional hours this week for bottle sales and in the very near future…growlers. Woo Hoo!
